"Term Sheets and Rules of Engagements with Investors" (Petrodvorets hall, 2nd floor) Ilia Dubinsky, IFC (World Bank Group)The Workshop is intended as an in-depth look at nuts and bolts of term sheets, valuations and rules of dealing with potential investors. It will cover such topics as: "What a term sheet is", "How to examine a term sheet: a section-by-section view", "Valuations and the terms", etc. The workshop will also briefly cover questions of managing expectations, selecting the "right" investor, increasing value of a company, and negotiating the deal.
