Deputy to the General Manager for Export Development: Growing HP Russia’s balance of trade by working with HP world-wide organizations to organize more activities (software engineering, support, R&D) in Russia; coordinating HP Russia’s efforts and support of such activities.

Director, World Wide Telecom Software Solution Center (TSSC) @ HP Russia, a group of 70+ engineers doing world-wide support, deployment and development/R&D work for HP’s telecom software suite.

With HP Russia since 1990, Justin has served in various marketing, sales, and management roles in the enterprise, personal computer and peripherals businesses.

During a brief stint outside of HP he founded and managed two Russian companies in the consulting and engineering sphere.

Prior to joining HP, Justin worked as a missile inspector and chef on the INF treaty, based in the town of Votkinsk, in the Ural mountains. He also served as a driver mechanic at the US Embassy in Moscow.

In June 1987 he graduated from Cornell University, Ithaca, New York: College of Arts and Sciences; Bachelor of Arts in Soviet Government.

Married with two sons; hobbies include scuba diving, Soviet limousine restoration, writing. Received Russian citizenship in August, 2000.
